PLAYER REGISTRATION DETAILS SEASON 2009/10

The RFU are increasingly clamping down on presentation of membership cards at festivals and league fixtures. Sussex RFU has made it clear that only players registered on the National RFU database for this season will be eligible to play in any fixture.

It is therefore vital that you register as a player with Pulborough RFC for the season within your first three weeks. If I have not received your signed form and subscription you will miss out on various communications and will render yourself ineligible for any fixtures.

Insurance:

• Payment of your subscription and completion of registration form ensures you are covered by the RFU players insurance and that PRFC RFU qualified coaches are adequately insured to coach you.
• Players are covered by the RFU Clubs Insurance Scheme of which the details are attached or are available from the club. This cover is provided on an Accidental Death and Disability scheme, you are strongly advised to consider other arrangements over and above this cover in particular for medical expenses and to provide a level of cover that is appropriate for your circumstances.

Subscriptions:

All I need is for the following to be submitted together, in an envelope, direct to me at the address above:

1. A fully completed and signed player registration form.
2. Payment of subscription :

£45 for 1^st player and non playing family members

£20 for 2^nd player

£15 for 3^rd player, or 4^th, or 5^th ….

3. There is also £10 additional match fee payable for the season by all Youth players (U13 to U18 age groups only).

4. For NEW members I also require two passport-sized photos with name and date of birth written on the back.

All family of players will be members of “Pulborough Rugby Club Junior Section” and will be able to visit the Club Bar on presentation of their PRFC membership card.
